As part of our ongoing commitment to the circular economy and extending the life of our products, we offer a repair service to clients wishing to restore their favourite pieces.

 

Each repair case is assessed on a one-to-one basis, making it a truly bespoke service. In instances where a design component – such as a fabric or heel style – is no longer in production, our experts will work with you to source a suitable alternative.

 

If your product was purchased from our website or an authorised Sarah Maier retailer, simply contact our Customer Service Team.

 Kindly be aware that our warranty cannot be extended to cover products altered through accidental damage or by a third-party repair company. Due to the rigorous nature of this service, the calibre of craftspeople we work with and our commitment to fair pay, a fee may apply.

CARING FOR YOUR SARAH MAIER’S SHOES

Extending the life of your favourite pieces begins with our product care guide

At Sarah Maier, we pride ourselves in using the highest quality materials to create our shoes, and accessories; all of which are sourced carefully and tested extensively prior to production and sale. To ensure you get maximum enjoyment from your favourite pieces we recommend following the care instructions below.

 

We recommend storing your shoes and accessories in a cool, dry place and avoiding prolonged exposure to sunlight, heat and moisture. Avoid excessive abrasion and wearing with contrasting colours to prevent colour transfer. Should your piece come into contact with water, it should be dabbed with a dry cloth to absorb any excess liquid and allowed to dry naturally.

 

Please note, all types of leather and delicate materials – including metal accessories and hardware – are affected by humidity. Please take care to avoid direct contact with water, salt, heat, oil, grease and alcohol, alongside any materials which may transfer colour pigments onto your product. Slight variations in appearance and finish are entirely normal for all natural materials.
