How can I use a promotional code?

It's very simple, add the product you want to buy to the cart, select checkout and in the next step enter your code in the "gift card or discount code" field, click apply and the discount will be applied to the value of your purchase.

Can I change the color/size of my order?

It is not possible to change an order online, however, if it has not yet been shipped, you can contact us and request the change via e-mail to info@sarahmaier.store

What forms of payment are available?

Payments can be made by credit/debit card, Paypal or bank transfer.

SHIPPING, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

What is the shipping cost?

Europe - shipping costs are free.
Other regions- The amount will be informed in the checkout process, before completing your order, and depends on the final destination and weight of your order.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

All our orders are shipped the same day or the next day depending on whether the order is placed before or after 12pm. After shipment, the delivery time depends on the final destination:

Portugal and Spain: 1 to 2 business days for mainland, 2 to 3 business days for the islands.
European Union: about 5 working days.
Rest of the world: from 7 working days not including customs clearance time.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can make exchanges up to 30 days or returns up to 15 days

How can I return my order?

How is the amount paid to be refunded?

The refund is made through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. If you wish to receive the refund in a different way, you must request it when you submit your return request.

Is there any cost for making an exchange or return?

If you want to make an exchange there is no associated cost. If you want to make a return, you will have to pay the shipping costs.
