SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We work hard to make you receive your order as quickly as possible, that's why we work with DHL, a carrier that give us the greatest assurance to achieve the excellence we want.

DELIVERY TIME

All our orders are shipped the same day or the next day depending on whether the order is placed before or after 12pm (Lisbon time). After shipment, delivery time depends on the final destination:

PORTUGAL and SPAIN: 1-2 working days for mainland, 2-3 working days for islands.
EUROPEAN UNION: about 5 working days.
REST OF THE WORLD: from 7 working days not including customs clearance time.

SHIPPING COSTS

For European Union we offer free shipping.

For those outside European Union costs change in relation to the weight and the destination of delivery of your order, however you will be informed about the total costs in the checkout process before you complete your order.

TRACKING ORDER

After shipping your order we will sent you an e-mail with your order shipping details including a tracking link or code in order to make it easier for you to track your order shipment.
